  • Operating fake or disposable mailers, mass mailing, mail bombers, or SMS bombers.

We actively monitor for these violations, and accounts found engaging in such activities will be terminated immediately to protect other users and maintain platform integrity.

Legal Compliance

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, as well as national and international laws. This includes, but is not limited to, content promoting violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, obscenity, or warez software links.

2. Support Services

Support Channels

Support is provided primarily through email for verified clients via our ticketing system. We do not offer emergency support, phone support, or live chat support. Response times may vary, and some requests may take several hours to address.

Configuration Requests

For clients with fully managed dedicated servers, we offer custom configurations, including:

  • PHP and MySQL setups.

  • Firewalls for dedicated IPs.

  • DNS and https configurations.

Software Requests

We allow cPanel extension installations, provided they do not compromise the security, stability, or performance of other users on the server.

Webmaster Assistance

We do not provide support for webmaster-related issues, such as coding, installations, or error troubleshooting, unless the issue is related to server library or configuration problems that we can address.

3. Backups and Data Responsibility

We maintain backups of our servers; however, we are not responsible for any data loss. You are fully responsible for maintaining your own backups to ensure data integrity.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. All products are the property of BuildEcom and are provided "as is" without any warranty, expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

5. Warranty and Compatibility

We do not guarantee that our services will work with all third-party plugins, modules, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested using the demo templates on our demo server. Please ensure that your browser is compatible with our features, as we cannot guarantee functionality across all browser combinations.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

No Refunds

All deposits are final, and no refunds or cash-back will be issued. By completing a deposit, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us. Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in the termination of all future orders and a ban from our site. Fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to immediate account termination.

Free Balance and Coupon Policy

We offer free balance, coupons, and deposit offers, but we reserve the right to review and deduct these from your account if we detect misuse. If deductions result in a negative account balance, your account will be automatically suspended. To reactivate a suspended account, you must settle the negative balance through a custom payment.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, attempts to hack or exploit the server, or any activity that compromises the security or performance of our platform.
